Move to get better sleep

The issue

Sleep is such an integral part of life. In fact, almost a third of our days are dedicated to recovering from the previous day and doing so by getting sleep. However, getting a pristine and good night of sleep is not the case for a majority of people. According to the Center for Disease Control, the typical adult (ages 18-60) should be getting seven or more hours of sleep per night. If this is the scientific recommendation, then why is it that 1 in 3 adults are not getting the recommended amount? The answer could have to with many things ranging from: sleep quality, depth of sleep, duration of sleep, etc. However, research does suggest one umbrella prescription for getting better sleep and that remedy is: exercise.
